Better Sleep Guarantee

Changing sleep surfaces may require a short adjustment period varying from two days to several weeks. Therefore, we request that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights before attempting to exercise your comfort warranty. If you are dissatisfied with the comfort of your mattress set within the above mentioned time frame, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the mattress only (no additional shipping, delivery, or removal charges). You may exercise the exchange option one time during your year of coverage.

To exercise your warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• An approved waterproof/stainproof mattress protector must be used on the mattress from the date of delivery.

• The mattress must be in like new condition, with no rips, tears, marks or stains. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Customer must have placed the mattress on a matching boxspring or an approved platform surface.

• The customer must have taken the comfort and support test in the Sleep Test Gallery (available at each of our Showrooms).

• Exchanges apply only to the mattress. Box springs, foundations, bed frames, pillows, or other accessories may not be returned or exchanged. Use care when selecting each accessory to ensure satisfaction (example: measure your bed before selecting a high or low profile foundation).

• Exchanges do not apply to adjustable foundations or frames.

• Only one exchange per customer is allowed.

• Customers will receive a store credit for the purchase price of their original mattress. No refunds will be paid in any manner.
